How does our foundation program differ?

Gamification Foundation Module

This is a stand-alone program with a comprehensive overview of gamification and the ideation process that goes into planning a gamified experience.

You will gain insights into motivation theories critical in understanding engagement and creating a robust user experience. You will also learn to use our proprietary 6D Playbook to facilitate the strategic planning that underpins your gamified campaign. You don’t need to have prior knowledge in gamification to understand the content. It is an asynchronous module hosted on our Gametize Platform, which will not only allow you to experience, first-hand, the capabilities and features of Gametize, it will also allow you to learn at your own pace. You will be engaged, learn and have fun at the same time.

Keith was nominated as one of the most influential people in gamification globally by Gamification Summit (2014), as well as the top 100 gamification innovator/ consultant by Sparkah. He designed Gametize’s gamification frameworks, and speaks on gamification globally, including Gamification Summit in San Francisco, HR Congress in Manila, and Loyalty Summit, in Mumbai.

From late 2005 until 2015, Guan worked for a New York-based trade association, representing the global retail real estate business with over 110,000 members around the world, as its Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2017, Guan transitioned into adult education, going through certifications, in order to really learn the basics of helping people develop and grow.

Kingsley

Kingsley started his career as a retail training executive in one of the giant tech companies, Samsung (SME), one of Gametize’s clients. He was promoted to Master Trainer in 2018, then a Train The Trainer (TTT) Certified in early 2023. He has extensive experience in training and client management. Kingsley was awarded the 2018 2H Global Master Trainer in Samsung HQ, South Korea.
